SHIPPING POLICY:A large portion of our merchandise are pre-order sales; Which means shipping time is 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS. We are a small shop and can not keep everything on hand. If we have the merchandise ON HAND it will take 3-5 days to ship. Our shipping method is USPS first class mail 3-5 business days within the United States not including holidays. We do not offer express shipping. Once your order is ready to ship we will send you a confirmation email along with your tracking number.  If your order exceeds the time frame of 25days (BUSINESS DAYS) we will contact you to either give you a refund or offer you other options. If you request a refund within the first 24 hours of making your purchase you will be charged a cancelation fee of $10. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address used when you placed your order. All sales are FINAL! Once you purchase you are agreeing to our store policies.NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! WE OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY!​

Exchanges:You must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your item. your items should be in the same packaging it was received in. Please contact us to get the return address and confirm what you are exchanging and what product your exchanging for. You must ship your item within 7 days of return confirmation; provide us with the tracking information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COST ALONG WITH ASSURING YOUR EXCHANGE REACHES US! once we receive your exchange we will send your replacement. You are only allowed to exchange your item ONCE. If we find that your exchanged item is used, dirty or worn we will ship it back to you and your exchange will be VOID. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!​
